Anthemion provides AML and compliance technology, including screening, case management, health-check assessments, and related advisory resources, to regulated businesses. Specific features, pricing, and service levels applicable to your organisation are set out in your order form or subscription agreement.

Our services are intended for use by businesses and professionals acting in a business capacity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

When using our services, you agree not to:

All rights, title, and interest in and to our website, platform, software, and related materials, including all associated intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of Anthemion Global and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features except as expressly permitted.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our services for your internal business purposes.

Fees for our services are set out in your order form or subscription agreement and are payable in accordance with the agreed billing terms. Unless otherwise stated, fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

Late payments may result in suspension of access to the services until outstanding amounts are settled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information using the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information, and no less than a reasonable degree of care. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

We strive to provide reliable and accurate services but do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from all vulnerabilities. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as expressly set out in a signed agreement with you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anthemion Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law. You may terminate your subscription in accordance with the notice period set out in your subscription agreement. Upon termination, your right to access the services will cease, and we will handle any retained data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise agreed in a signed agreement between the parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
